Golf and More at Branson
In the southwest Missouri, a small city is located by the name of Branson. This is located amidst the beautiful mountains of Ozark. This is an ideal place to spend time with family and friends. There are varieties of activities one can indulge in and thoroughly enjoy.
For the lovers of golf, there are 13 golf courses in this city. Out of these, 12 are public courses and one can definitely make them deeply involved in it. The list of the 12 public golf courses is as follows:

There are about 50 theaters at Branson for live entertainment of the visitors. Other than that, there are museums and IMAX theaters. One can also enjoy at the cart tracks, the rides in the helicopter, or in the waters at the water parks along with many local tours too. There is the renowned theme park, Silver Dollar Park, where the visitors can enjoy shopping and various shows. When at the Branson do try the rides, these are for all the age groups. There are festivals held all round the year except in the winters at the Silver Dollar City, to visitors of all tastes and interests.
The three lakes – Lake Taney, Lake Bull Shoals and Lake Table Rock, in the Branson are the ones, where the visitors can enjoy boat rides on rent. The boat rides are pontoons and houseboats both. Visitors can also rent wave runners and egg hatchery along with fishing, skiing in water, tubing and the most common of all the water entertainments – swimming along with camping.
Other than the sports, one can enjoy shopping at the malls. The three well known malls in the Branson area are – The Tanger Outlet, Factory Merchant Mall and the Branson Meadows. One can get all the brands like GAP, Old Navy, Carters, Coach, Oshkosh, Liz Caliborne, Tommy Hilfiger and Reebok to Rue with Motherhood and Vanity Fair. The latest here is the Branson landing shopping mall, where the needs of all the shopping freaks can be met along with places to eat and for entertainment.
